Cocktail reception between ITJ and 7CTOs

7CTOs dinner for San Diego and Carlsbad

SAN DIEGO, July 7th, 2022 — 7CTOs is dedicated to bringing together technology leaders for personal and professional growth. As part of their mission, 7CTOs hosted a dinner for San Diego/Carlsbad last Thursday, and ITJ sponsored the cocktail and food reception. We all gathered to meet IT’s professionals and share experiences and everyday challenges.

At ITJ, we are delighted to have had the opportunity to meet Rachel Hart, 7CTOs Facilitator, Brittany Cotton, Head of Coaching, and many other great minds that afternoon.

“When I got here from Silicon Valley I was amazed. San Diego is one of technology’s many epicenters and has so much to offer. CTOs are the vision of the future through software developments and innovation, and here in San Diego we can change the world.” These were the welcome remarks made by Mark Field, Vice-president of Software at Insulet, and Patricia Hernández, Senior Advisor of ITJ.

7CTOs is an association of decision-makers in San Diego’s technology sector, together they share experiences and practices to promote innovation in the community. They create forums, invest in technological progress to help communities prosper, and train CTOs to be effective leaders.

We, at ITJ, are honored to have taken part in the event. Fostering relationships between decision-makers in the tech industry is vital. We can all learn from one another and provide a helping hand when needed. We value these gatherings and hope to have some more to come. Thanks again 7CTOs!.

Pride month in ITJ

ITJ commemorates Pride Month

June is a month to commemorate achievements and activism all around the world. June is Pride Month for almost fifty years and has been declared Pride Month throughout the Americas and Europe as a consequence of the efforts of LGBTQ+ pioneers. Pride celebrations have their origins in the long battle of minority groups to overcome discrimination and be accepted.

Pride Month commemorates the continuous fight for equal justice for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender people, and queers, as well as the successes of LGBTQ+ people. At ITJ, we value their contribution and unite as a diverse and loving community.

We have built a diverse team with people from many origins who are appreciated for their distinct life experiences, viewpoints, and interests. We are proud of the depth of culture that this variety provides in our everyday surroundings and the perspectives and ideas that each person in our organization brings to the table. Diversity and inclusiveness are essential components of our culture.

ITJ is delighted to include members of the LGBTQ+ community on our team. We think that every person’s worth should be valued and upheld, regardless of sexual orientation. We have discovered that diversity in our teams fosters innovation, inventiveness, and problem-solving, and we are not alone.

Third year anniversary ITJ

This year marks the third anniversary of ITJ!

We are grateful for 3 years of empowering our partners to deliver digital innovation to improve people’s lives. Our journey began in 2019 with the mission to build and deliver the future. Our goal hasn’t changed. This year, as it is our tradition, we celebrate our anniversary by giving back to the community. We are grateful to continue to be a milestone in society’s progress and to keep making an impact with little acts of kindness. ITJ collaborators have chosen to contribute to Build a Miracle, an association that gathers family and friends to build one house a year. By setting up a GoFundMe account ITJ collaborators can donate to the association and those  contributions will be doubled in the spirit of supporting a good cause.

Over the years, we have grown to be the conduit for US corporations to develop technology centers of excellence in Mexico and provide a tailored professional staff for their needs. We have come to establish an incredible network focusing on Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Medical Devices with the support of our wonderful team.

We are so eager to continue to provide high-caliber solutions. Along the way, we have developed high-quality, high-performance, and resilient software A+ team of experts. Hence, companies maintain their goals on track and provide digital innovation solutions that improve their capabilities to the maximum. It is no secret that The Great Resignation and other drawbacks of talent shortage have kept the US away from greater opportunities business-wise. Still, now is the moment for us to step in and provide our expertise as partners.

We have been lucky enough to work with awesome partners alongside our trajectory, corporations on which we could lean on for advice, but also are the ones that give us the opportunity to give back to the community.

“It is our duty to expand our horizons and touch the lives of as many people as possible so that we can all develop, live, and prosper.” — Maritza Diaz, CEO of ITJ.

Our vision for next year is to continue to assist companies of all sizes access purpose-built, fully managed, lower cost, agile, and innovative software development, testing, and operational support teams integrating seamlessly with their resources and aligning with their business strategies. We are always willing to go above and beyond our own goals and continue to help the software development industry flourish.
